"Nice style, just a little plain"
The site looks really clean, and I do like the simple style of the clothes. The neutral colors are nice too, but after clicking around a bit, some of the pages started to feel kind of samey... It’s not bad at all, just didn’t really wow me or make me feel like...

"Decent help, but kinda slow"
Customer service did eventually get back to me and helped sort out my question, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. I had to shoot them a follow-up email before I got a proper answer. Once they replied, they were polite and all, just not exactly speedy. Not awful by any means, but if you need help ASAP, it might be a bit of a pain.

"Good product, surprisingly cheap packaging"
The order showed up in this thin little mailer that was all creased and kind of messy-looking. I’ll give them credit, the item itself seemed fine, which almost made the packaging feel even more confusing. For the price, I expected something that looked a bit more put together and less like it was packed in a hurry...

I was really expecting the fabric to be soft, but the main thing I remember is how rough and thin it felt. Maybe there were some okay details I’m forgetting, but comfort-wise it just didn’t work for me. Disappointed.

As someone who checks tracking way too often, I was happy that my order showed up sooner than I thought it would. The only thing was the tracking updates were a little slow, but overall the shipping was quick and I can’t really complain.

"Started falling apart way too soon"
I was disappointed with this. I only wore it a few times, actually, maybe not even that many—and the seams already started coming loose. The fabric also looked worn out really fast. For what it cost, I expected it to hold up a lot better.

"Cute dress, but not worth the price"
My snap judgment when I tried it on was that the dress was cute, but definitely overpriced. The fabric just didn’t feel as nice as I expected for what I paid. Shipping was fine, nothing amazing or terrible. Overall, I liked the look, but I don’t think it was really worth the money

I ordered this weeks ago and the delivery date just keeps getting pushed back. The tracking has been pretty much useless, and I’m tired of checking for updates all the time. I wouldn’t order again if the shipping stays this bad.

I wanted to like it, but the quality just felt off for what it cost. Fabric was thinner than expected, and a few seams looked sloppy.
After one wear, it already looked kinda worn out. Maybe I got a bad one, but I wouldn’t buy it again...

Returning it was a hassle. It felt like it took around a couple of weeks, and I barely got any updates along the way. I had to follow up maybe 3 or 4 times just to figure out what was going on. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not a good experience for me.
